SMS Program

Secure Access Services may send SMS messages related to service inquiries, quotes, estimates, proposals, service requests, job creation, scheduling, appointment reminders, technician arrival, job status, and other communications related to services you have requested or inquired about.

Messages may include automated notifications as well as messages sent by our employees through our messaging system.

Secure Access Services does not use this SMS program to send general marketing or promotional messages.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on your service activity and communications with us.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply to messages sent or received.

Opting Out

You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from Secure Access Services. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you subsequently opt in again.

Delivery
